  • WHAT IS THE LATEST TIME I CAN CHECK MY STUDENT OUT?

    • As a rule, CCHS does not do student check-outs after 1:45pm. 

  • MY CHILD HAS A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, CAN HE/SHE WAIT IN THE FRONT OFFICE FOR ME TO PICK THEM UP?

    • No. In an effort to preserve valuable instructional time, we do not call kids out of class to wait for their parents to pick them up. When you arrive to pick up your student, we will call into the classroom and have them check out at that time. We apologize for any inconvenience, please plan accordingly.  

  • IF MY CHILD IS IN THE HOSPITAL, DO THEY STILL HAVE TO MAKE-UP TIME?   Posted by: CCHS School Administration

    • YES- Any seat time, over 8 absences per period, must be recovered regardless of the reason.

    • YES-  Any seat time, over 8 absences per period, must be recovered regardless of the reason.

  • IS DOCUMENTATION (DOCTOR'S NOTES, HOSPITAL FORMS, ETC.) NECESSARY?   Posted by: CCHS School Administration

    •  YES- If a student goes over 8 absences and completes their make-up time, documentation is necessary to receive credit.
